Very good

Great location - right across from Christ Church Cathedral. Nearly walkable; used taxi for Guinness storehouse and Kilmainham Gaol; walked elsewhere. Taxi’s always available and way to use. Convenient parking garage adjacent to hotel as well. Room was comfortable and clean. Smallish but normal for Downtown European hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with all components of full Irish breakfast plus toast, fruit, oatmeal and pastries. Had room on floor 3 that was recently renovated. USB-A and -C plugs made phone charging easy. Only negative was lack of towel bars or hooks for room with 3 people.
The hotel and its staff are great in general. During our stay, there were very few things that we could fault. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, there were only two things we didn't enjoy.
Most hotel doors shut hard and are loud, however the ones here were extra loud, which combined with loud guests on the halls throughout the night, made for less than great rest.
The other item was likely not a common occurrence, as it involved what sounded like construction or renovation at times in the early morning and later evening. Likely not too big of a deal if you're from the area/time zone, but as an international traveller, it did make it difficult when attempting to shift schedules.
All in all, I'd recommend the hotel and was delighted with the service and accommodations.
The location was brilliant, very easily walkable to many things! The staff were nice. The bed felt a bit like cardboard, the pillows were really hard. The bathroom did seem like it had just been refurbished which was nice but there was works going on that we were not aware of which was a bit noisy. The thermostat was out of order (likely owing to the works). The front door of the hotel also broke at one point. Overall wasn't a bad stay and can see what they are trying to do there.

They took my booking but called me that morning to say they didn't have a room so booked me into a sister hotel. The sister hotel was really nice....BUT they didn't inform them that I had included breakfast in my booking. It was really awkward and uncomfortable having that conversation the next morning when the other hotel more or less accused me of attempting fraud over a simple breakfast.
This hotel needs a serious remodel. It is in what I say a great location to everything you may want to do in Dublin. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Lovely hotel, we got a ground floor room, one of the lights was broken in the room but otherwise a nice stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
For a twin room we found it a bit cramped - virtually no space between the beds. A small fridge would have been nice. For the price paid it could have been a bit more contemporary. Communal spaces and lounge were nice and did feel a bit more contemporary than the room.
Staff is overwhelmed and takes it out on customers with a very rude and passive aggressive manner. I immediately checked my family out of the hotel for this exact reason.
