We were happy with the room except for the chair that was really wobbly, the legs on the chair were loose, we asked for a different one because we were afraid that it would fall apart if you sat in it. Never received a replace and no one came to check it out. Accident waiting to happen.

Expedia takes unfinished and unsubmitted reviews and posts them. It’s in their terms and conditions. So if u run into any problems anywhere u stay I strongly advise u speak to management, not the front desk, someone in an office before u post any review. It’s very unlikely that, when this happens, it’ll b removed. However, Expedias management and escalation team was willing to hear me out and send me up the right chain and the agent I ended speaking with was very understanding, patient, and helpful. Don’t make the same mistake I did because it could end up costing u in unexpected ways. TALK TO HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRST. The 4-star rating is for the agent and the hotel management after the fact.

Roaches Roaches Roches Roaches….!!! And to my astonishment claims to have no knowledge whatsoever of the apparent infestation. Mind u the going monthly rate is ridiculously high $900 a month. Clerks are typically rude. Zero room service. This place shouldn’t b listed as hotel at all, cuz it’s it’s definitely a motel..I will b seeking a full refund after my stay here and consulting with the owner.

Previous persons soap was still in the shower. Front desk started to grumble about ‘people booking third party’ and then stopped. Then I was given a room on the very far end of hotel with what he even described as inconvenient parking situation. Hotel was not even close to full so I’m guessing the ‘third party booking’ got me sent to this peach of a room. Only staying for overnight work so I didn’t complain just ate and went to sleep. Would never go back that’s for certain.
