No expenses were spared on this beautifully decorated suite! The City View, located in the famous Millwork District, sleeps 4 people. The unit is on the third floor and has a great view of the city. It is a contemporary styled unit with 2 bedrooms aand 2 full bathrooms. The master suite features a memory-foam king-size bed with a spacious en suite with a 5-foot walk-in tiled shower. The unit also has a ready to cook-in kitchen, a dining area, tv in each bedroom and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The balcony has a private hot tub and outdoor seating.

The PERFECT weekend getaway
This unit is by far one of my favorite VRBO stays ever. It is exactly as the pictures show...so warm and welcoming and comfortable. The unit has everything you need, in addition to the bonus of the deck hot tub and gas fire place. The location is excellent and the coffee shop on the main floor was lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding Weekend Stay
Stayed here for my wedding weekend. Saturday morning we all got ready for the wedding, great space for getting hair and makeup done. Having Charolettes right there was a bonus. Perfect space and location. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a busy weekend.

Second Time Staying at the Drake House
The Drake House is perfect for two couples-so much so that we came back! The two bedrooms/two baths are the perfect set up for privacy. The common space is exactly as pictured-very nice kitchen and plenty of room to play cards or watch movies. The location is great-there's a lot of really good restaurants and breweries within walking distance. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great place to stay as a central hub for visiting area small towns. The hot tub is cleaned for each new occupant, which was great. The apt was so comfy we were happy to binge a couple of shows instead of heading out when the weather didn’t cooperate. You do have to travel up steep stairs, so keep that in mind when packing! Great location above coffee shop and near 7 Hills and other restaurants!

Wonderful Stay Downtown Dubuque
This is a beautiful property. Incredibly clean, great communication with host, and incredible location. The hot tub was top notch and having the coffee shop below was a HUGE bonus. Walking distance to incredible restaurants in the Millwork District. I’d recommend this property to anyone and everyone!!

Daughter, granddaughter, sister in law and myself enjoyed everything about our City View stay....except the traffic noise. The location is on the corner of a heavily traveled truckers route. Would we stay there again....YES!
