The apartment centres around a bright open plan kitchen and living area designed for both comfort and practicality. The lounge area includes sofas and a dining table with seating for four, creating a sociable space for relaxing or sharing meals.
A large fully equipped kitchen sits alongside the living area and includes built in appliances and a distinctive glass brick feature wall. From here you can step out onto the balcony overlooking City Quay, where outdoor seating for four offers a pleasant place to sit and take in the waterfront setting.
Bedrooms
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king size bed, built in wardrobes and a television, along with access to an en suite shower room.
The second bedroom features a double bed and a small desk, providing a useful workspace for guests visiting Dundee for business.
Bathrooms
The en suite bathroom includes a shower cubicle and WC. A spacious main bathroom serves the rest of the apartment and features a shower over the bath.
Location
Quayside Apartment is located on Dundeeâs redeveloped waterfront, placing many of the cityâs main attractions within easy walking distance.
A short walk along the banks of the River Tay leads to the V and A Dundee museum, historic ships and the urban beach, all accessible within around ten minutes. Walking in the opposite direction takes you into the city centre where you will find shops, theatres and museums.
Public transport connections are excellent, with Dundeeâs bus and rail stations also within ten minutes walk. Dundee Airport is a short drive away and offers direct flights to London and Belfast.
The apartment sits on National Cycle Network Route 1, giving direct access to coastal cycling routes. Beyond the city you will find countryside ideal for walking and cycling, along with beaches across Angus and Fife and well known golf courses including St Andrews and Carnoustie.
Guest Access and Important Information
Quayside Apartment is located on the second floor and can be accessed by lift. The property includes two bedrooms, one king size with en suite and one double, a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with seating, WiFi and Freeview television with Netflix.
Security entry is in place for the building and the apartment includes private parking for one car.
Couldnât figure out the dryer, no booklet. The bed sank in the middle, slightly uncomfortable. The shower was tricky for mobility, also perhaps a nonslip shower mat.
We visited Dundee in March. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the location was great! The washing machine and appliances provided were an added convenience.
Property was spotless, cosy, and quiet. It was an ideal base to visit my family in Dundee for Xmas, and I felt settled in straightaway. A really nice touch was a Xmas tree in the Living room to give it that festive touch.
