A wonderfully convenient and tidy property perfect for attending a conference at Otago Uni. The kitchen was particularly good and a bonus to have a washing machine, although I didn't need the latter.

Room was clean and tidy,was a bit older but still comfortable and was in a great location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location convenient close to town with a easy 5minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and clean rooms with modern bathroom and very spacious kitchen area. Room was nice and warm on my arrival on a very cold day so much appreciated. Sue the owner was exceptionally nice to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Visitors from US (a week stay)

Our hosts were friendly and Sue showed us our room. We had a bedroom. Bathroom was a good size. Kitchen was equipped with basic appliances. No dishwasher, washer/dryer (there is a coin operated washer and dryer near the reception office) and no AC. We were given a fan and it helped. Perfect location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend!
