Charming building with a rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the city. It is perfectly located to walk to the many great sites. And, very good breakfast served in a beautiful room.

Perfect location
I like the charm of the hotel , but it wasn’t a very cozy place to stay. The hall ways and breakfast room was cold .The mattress was hard. The breakfast was good , but not great. The concierge could not help us with tourists sites and tickets. He referred me to a street vendor who was difficult to find. However, the location was perfect for the center.

This hotel was an amazing place!!! We found out that this hotel was a palace of a noble family in Florence. it was in a great location and was very walkable to the all the main points of interests in Florence. The person in charge of breakfast, Vivienne was so so so sweet. we were visiting from California during December. The hotel had an amazing breakfast service which featured all types of breads, jams, sweets, and savory snacks. Everyday when we walked in we were greeted in buy Vivienne, she always had a smile on her face and was happy. The tower of the hotel also had spectacular views of the beautiful cathedral and the city plaza. Loved everything about it!!!

This was such a lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and enjoyed breakfast. Take earplugs though as street noise could disturb you in the early morning.

I didnt like how there wasnt any power outlets in our room.. only 1 by the door.. very inconvenient.. other than that the location was great. Perfect for shopping and eating

Good location. Front desk staff to business like. While I selected this property after research I would research other properties again before selecting this property. There are better and just as competitive options out there. While the breakfast was fine for my wife and I a staff member did advise another customer complained about breakfast.
