About this home:
Welcome to 611 Route 6A, a beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the highly sought-after Carlton Shores neighborhood of East Sandwich, MA. This charming residence is just 1 mile from the association beach, and beach passes are included for convenient parking.

The first floor boasts gleaming hardwood floors, an open-concept kitchen/dining area with granite countertops, a dishwasher, and ample natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for gourmet cooking, and the dining area comfortably seats 8, with extra seating available. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating for TV viewing and a cozy nook with games and books for relaxing on rainy days.

The first-floor master bedroom is adjacent to a ceramic-tiled full bath, while the second floor houses four additional bedrooms, three of which are equipped with TVs and Firesticks. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the upstairs rooms.

The large, private backyard is perfect for outdoor fun, featuring a gas grill, picnic tables, and a firepit for cozy evenings. The home is cooled by two minisplit A/C units on the first floor and two window A/C units upstairs. We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was exactly as described—very clean, charming, and full of character. It’s tucked away off the road, which made it feel peaceful and private. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, and we truly appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The private beach was awesome. He was a little rocky so shoes are definitely needed, but it was great for morning walks and afternoons in the sun.My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

Amazing house

Beautiful well maintained home. Having the beach passes was a plus. The only downfall was the mosquitos. We had to run to the car to avoid getting eaten alive.

Family Fun

We hosted vacation for our three adult 'kids' and invited friends to stop by throughout the week. The house was perfectly sized and worked great for us. It is not realistically walkable to the beach, although it is just a short drive with beach passes provided. 6A is a main road with fast moving traffic which made dog walks a drive to the quiet neighborhood around the corner. Having our puppy there with us meant so much. Overall, a wonderful house and location where you get on and off the Cape while still enjoying the tremendous beaches and activities.

relaxing cape cod stay

We had a wonderful week at the house. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. It was wonderful to have the beach pass so we could always park at Carleton Beach. The directions were very clear and the binder of activities and restaurants was up to date and helpful. There was a battery that was beginning to get low on one of the smoke detectors and they came over within an hour of my calling them. We highly recommend the property!!!

Highly Recommend!

We vacationed here with close friends for a week and had an amazing experience. The house was in great condition and included more amenities than we even thought of! The location was perfect, as it’s set back in a secluded area and we had many teenagers with us, so no concerns about noise when we sat by the fire at night. Everything was clean and ready to use, and the property managers were quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend and would definitely return here for another stay. Beach Getaway

This was a clean, bright and beautifully decorated beach vacation house. My mother-in law commented on how homey it felt. The kitchen had many appliances, hand soap and dish towels. We enjoyed the private beach especially at low tide. The yard was nice and pleasantly free of poison ivy and we were able to enjoy a fire in the fire pit one night!
