You'll love savoring your first cup of coffee on the private balcony furnished with a gas grill, and you can assemble a delicious breakfast with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Serve everyone up at the dining table with seating for six or grab a quick bite from the breakfast bar stools. Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, one with access to a private deck, plus two shared baths. Use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device before heading out to visit the shared pool.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, guests are invited to explore the Sun Mountain Recreation Area, offering picturesque mountain and lake views, a large outdoor pool, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a basketball court, picnic tables, and built-in grills, all surrounded by acres of green space. The most popular and closest attractions visited by our guests are the waterfalls of Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and Pocono Tree Ventures with zip-line excursions. Nearby Shawnee Mountain Ski Area is rated best for beginners, with skiing, snowboarding, and tubing available. In the warmer months, this area is home to countless festivals and events, and you'll have lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, and premier golfing as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
