"Perfect little room for our weekend getaway. The ac worked great, the shower was clean and hot and the bed was clean and comfy! We were there to explore and just get away so it was a perfect location for that! There is free breakfast but we never woke up in time unfortunately. "

"Place was very clean and in a good location for what we needed. Towels and linens provided were a nice bonus. The check in process was easier than expected however we got some misinformation from the host regarding parking which made it very confusing and overwhelming to start off the trip. Very thankful for a kind security officer in the complex who saved my car from getting towed. Communication with the host was difficult to start and there are signs all around the place as well as constant messages through the site warning about additional fees for food left, garbage left, dishes left, etc. despite paying a hefty cleaning fee already. I also had asked for the possibility about a late check out and there are additional fees by the half hour. These warnings and fees went beyond what I have ever experienced on any rental site that lessened our enjoyment as I was so worried about keeping the place pristine to avoid fees. The place itself was nice especially the king-sized room. Other guests I was with found the beds uncomfortable and the living room furniture was especially uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we were there before Memorial Day, so we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the other amenities that were offered that I am sure make the place a better value. Overall clean and a solid place to stay in the Poconos, but definitely some things that affected our stay. "

"Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants."
