The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace on. There was coffee and water available, if needed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool areas were very nice, also. My husband and I will definitely return.

"This resort feels very outdated and does not meet expectations for the price. The pool area lacks proper loungers—only uncomfortable chairs are provided unless you pay extra for better seating. Parking is also not included, which adds to the overall cost.
The water park was disappointing, with several slides not functioning and a noticeable shortage of floaters for the lazy river. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was offered—very basic options like eggs, pancakes, and bacon.
The only positive aspect was the suite, which was clean and spacious. However, aside from that, the experience did not justify the price. Resorts like Kalahari Resorts and Great Wolf Lodge offer a much better overall experience and value."
