Great hotel

Great customer service. Front desk associate was very respectful and professional. Hotel is well kept and very clean. Definitely will stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

The property is clean but bear boned. Not much amenities and condiments in and on site. Property also has suspicious activity. Clean but single ladies refrain from property please .

It's a new hotel so expect everything new. The only thing was the heating, it took a really long time for our room to feel warm after we turned on the heater but in general it's a really good hotel to stay, with a Wendy's right in front and the parking is free

Great Value

We needed a port in a winter storm, and because the cost of the room was so low, we did not expect much. However, the room was super clean, comfortable, and well designed. Great value.

Brand new property, was very clean. No frills though, no shampoo/conditioner, just bar soap. Bed cover was just a felt blanket, but new and clean, and not overly priced. We only stayed one night passing through, snowboarding at Blue Mountain. It served our needs and price point.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area with my family and wood stone suites is the best by far. They treat you with respect and are very accommodating to your person needs. They don’t harass you for payment when you’re extending your stay like most places do. It’s very clean and quiet ! Can not say enough good about them!

Not quite ready for guests

The hotel is brand new. Maybe they weren't ready for guests yet because the room was missing things that we have always had in a hotel room. Those things consist of a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, hand towels, ironing board and iron. There was a kitchen in the room, however, there were no accessories in the kitchen like plates, silverware, pot or pan, dishwashing liquid, towel. It is also handy to have a mirror in the main room as well as the bathroom so that when two guests are getting ready to go out, they have a second mirror for makeup, shaving, hair styling, whatever else mirrors are for. The heat caused such extreme dryness in the room; it was difficult to breathe. The fan seemed to blow constantly.
