Staff was either excellent or below average. It depended on who served you at the front desk. There was one young lady with rainbow colored hair who was always out standing. The breakfast staff was very nice and the area clean and the breakfast very good. Be carful about the room you get. One side is next to the expressway and it gets noisy starting around 5:00 am with trucks. Overall it’s an okay property; clean, overall good service, conveniently located. Also, the bed in 106 needs to have its box springs replaced because something is broken inside them and the support is not good at all.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was nice, the only concern I had was the air conditioning unit in our room made a noise that sounded like a critter(mouse) was in there at night. I did inform staff when stay was over ( there 2 nights). I forgot to do so when leaving. Other than that no complaints.

The staff and the hospitality at the hotel is unbelievable.Every single staff members greeted us with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to help us. The hotel is right off the highway so unfortunately, except for Saturday and Sunday, you can hear the trucks passing by. It is a bit far from Jim Thorpe and there isn’t much going on around the actual hotel. Breakfast is included and coffee is available 24/7 which is great if you want a cup before you go to bed or you just want to sit outside relaxing throughout the day.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast too. Beds were not as firm as I like. Area at front door for unloading is bumpy like cobblestone and hard to wheel suitcases overtop. Very busy weekend with large wedding group made for a noisy sleep the first night. Convenient location.
