Step inside to warm, modern design and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering.The main level features a bright living room with plush seating, an electric fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The gourmet kitchen offers modern appliances, generous counter space, a breakfast island, and well-stocked cabinets with additional gadgets. A formal dining table for eight sets the stage for memorable meals. Automated blinds throughout much of the home allow you to control light and privacy with ease.
Sliding doors lead to a balcony deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating—an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset views.
Main-Level Comfort
The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, large TV, and direct deck access. Its spa-style ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower and high-end finishes. A second main-level bedroom and full bath—separated by a sliding barn door—offer additional privacy and convenience.
A mudroom with bench seating and storage connects to the garage, which is outfitted with gear warmers, gravity grabbers for skis and snowboards, shoe racks, and ample space for organizing outdoor equipment.

Designed for relaxation and fun, the lower level includes three additional bedrooms, each with a TV and plenty of storage:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, large TV, walk-in closet; adjacent full bath with glass shower
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, work desk, TV; connects to shared full bath and opens onto the lower-level porch
• Bedroom 3: California king bed, TV, ensuite bath with glass shower; direct porch access
Guests can enjoy a spacious game room equipped with a large TV, electronic dartboard, pool table, and a secondary dining table for six. The adjoining media room features a roomy sectional with a pull-out bed and linen storage, comfortable seating for 7–8, yoga mats, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books—offering endless ways to relax and unwind for all ages.
