Carpet was so dirty that my wife's new white socks were almost black Beds were too firm. Bathroom door was in need of replacing.

The night clerk, Cindy, was a breath of fresh air. Otherwise, it was disappointing. Breakfast was inadequate. I had to use the chain to secure my door because there was no lock. Unacceptable.

We got in late and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. Got checked in and said we would need a crib to which the kid said they don’t have cribs, only rollaway beds. I had emailed the motel when I booked and was told it would be a $15 charge for a crib, which is crazy but it is what it is, so we didn’t bring one and my baby had to sleep in a makeshift bed on the floor.

After checking in we notice the bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets smelled like mildew. Manager would not refund the stay or even give back 50 percent. I should have bought the 6 dollar stay insurance.

Everything was wonderful. Got much needed rest, A little miscommunication about the shuttle times and my ride to the airport but aside from that everyone been over backwards to make sure I was comfortable.
