These people were very rude. And they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. My son had all his belongings stolen and had no phone to call with so we had to call for the room a lot because there’s no way to just call the room itself. We were dealing with the police and insurance and they finally just quit answering the phone and couldn’t get transferred. They ended up kicking him out be of too many phone calls!!! Utterly ridiculous… They kicked him to the curb with literally nothing but the clothes on his back.we are not made of money and can’t just go out and buy all brand new items that’s tuff takes time. So I just want everyone to know how terrible these people are.

Just to state a fact , we checked in at 7 pm there was a empty pop bottle setting on a table in the lobby by registration check in , it was still there when we came down for breakfast. That’s how I would rate the whole place, nobody cares it’s a paycheck . Very disappointing

You Get What You Pay For

Price was right at $55/night. I guess you get what you pay for. Entry light switch didn't do anything. Shower curtain bar barely holding on to the wall. Toilet not bolted down. Coffee maker pot missing causing coffee to overflow rather than enter the cup placed where a coffee pot belongs. Kinda shabby carpet.

I thought this was almost a perfect 10 out of 10. The only thing that held it back for me was that I wasnt able to fully block the sun with the curtains. It was mostly all covered but there was still a little light peaking through in the corners. Room was clean, looked just like the photos, staff was nice and there was easy parking around the whole building so i can see my car right outside my window.

Older hotel but rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative was a toilet that was very low for someone with arthritis to feel comfortable on. Next time I will ask for an ADA complaint room.

Carpet is filthy, stained, and disgusting. Bed is like sleeping on rocks. Meeds deep cleaned and minor repairs. Breakfast was pathetic, we left and ate at McDonald’s.

We reserved a king room. When we arrived, we were told the AC wasn’t working in that room and were offered a 2 queen room. The elevator sounds like it is on its last days of life. We were on the third floor. Upon leaving the elevator, you enter a dark hallway. Think basement in a horror movie and that would be better than this hotel. Now for the room. The light switches don’t work for anything in the room. The toilet rocks, and not musically. The AC worked, best and worst part of the room, but the temperature control knob was broken off and laying next to the post it should be attached to. The office chair had an unidentifiable sludge dried to the mesh and the coffee maker looked like it had not been washed since the 90’s. Before I forget, there was another “bench” that had a board screwed to the back of it and was pushed under the sink counter. I’m not sure if this was part of our room, or just being stored there. It was late, we were tired, so we stayed. Good story for the grandkids, right? We get ready for bed and decide to watch some TV. Nice way to relax before sleep. Except the remote has dead batteries and it’s missing the back of it. Husband goes down to get new batteries. All is well. Now we can watch TV. At about 11 PM, I walk over to the bathroom and I hit a wall of weed smell by our door. By the time I get back to bed, the smell has filled our room. Spend the extra $30-40 and stay somewhere else.

The pool was closed for some reason nobody was even working on it as they say I was there for 3 to 4 days this was not on the website that it was closed I would not have gone there if it if I knew this in advance the food preparation was decent but they ran out and they would not make any more so it's like a first come first serve nasty sidewalks full of trash wasn't don't sweep it they don't wash it down they don't clean it it was really nasty no room service I asked for service it was not done twice terrible service would not accommodate me on pricing because of no service the floor was nasty in the room overall it was terrible

The room was fine but very outdated. There carpet was stained in areas and the shower curtain wasn’t the best. I was there for 3 nights (4 days) and not once did house keeping come and clean. I was fine with that because I was one person and very neat but it was a bit weird. There was a sign that said they only change towels/linen every 3 days but I would have excepted the garbage to be taken out/bed to be made.

Black mold in our room on the ceiling and walls, had clearly been painted over in the past. Dry wall chipping and exposed in bathroom. Staff was friendly. Felt safe staying there.
