Travelocity booked my reservation and then after driving 13 hours was told i didnt have a reservation, but here Travelocity is sending me a link on how my stay was. VERY MAD!!!!!

Although I got a confirmation from them 10 weeks before my stay, they told me they didn't have a room for me when I showed up on the day of my reservation. I couldn't get another room within 100 miles. Then they lied and tried to blame someone else.

The check in staff was rude. They do not allow trailers and there was no notice about this at reservation. Additionally, they wanted to charge me for mine and my husband’s service animals.

love area and location. has mic and fridge. the bed is really comfortable. off i80 in andnout back on. mcdonald burger king and casino. liqour and everything for an overnight stop. the onlynthing i didnt like was their free breakfast didnt have any eggs or protein etc. just small cold offerings. and entering the establishment at night is only one way in thru the gate and one way out thru the gate.

As I walked into the hotel and began the check-in process, the front desk person apologized for the lack of a better breakfast. Even by hotel breakfast standards, the continental breakfast was a disappointment. Bed was not comfortable.
