"When I checked in, Lori at the front desk said she smelled something burning and found out it was my alternator in my car. Lori helped find a person to checkout and service my car and also helped with securing additional room nights and making sure I was able to stay in the same room. Lori was very sympathic all through my ordeal and made a bad experience into at least a tolerable one. Joe at the front desk was also very helpful and always ready to have a good conversation. Thank you to all the staff."
