Good for a good sleep and clean sheet, pool and fitness not so much, they are in the process of remodeling. Great location for coming to college activities and food choices around. Great for value but don’t expect too much for extras.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is a little old and dated. When we went the pool and gym were closed, which disappointed our kids. Breakfast was a simple continental with waffles as the warm option. All in all I would say 3/5 for a 3 star hotel it is rated as and 4/5 if it were a 2 star hotel.

Room was clean. The common areas (stairs, hallways) were dirty, run down (paint chipping off, etc). Our room overlooked a garden of weeds(big ones). Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok

The property is in such a state of disrepair it is falling a part. Bathroom door did not shut, shower leaked, a damp smell in hallway and the room with drying fans blowing continuously. Paid to stay in an absolute dump! Red Lion and Orbitz should be ashamed!
