When we arrived in the room, it was 50 degrees temperature. Felt colder since we were coming in from the Winter cold of 38 degrees. It would have been nice to have it prewarmed. The resort is very nice. Room clean and spacious compared to average rooms. Stayed at the Inn, not in the main lodge.

Cleanliness: our room was full of dust including the bed and couch. We found balls of hair in the bathroom and shower. There was a plastic bottle cap at night stand. Looks like, the entry floor had not been cleaned/swiped. We understand that holiday seasons may have been the cause but sanitary should have not been overlooked.

We graciously requested a change to a one-bedroom condo with a kitchen, and the process unfolded seamlessly. We deeply appreciated the kettle for heating water on the stove, enabling us to uphold our cherished tradition of drinking mate. The condo was equipped with extra pillows, and we were thrilled to find the resort is dog-friendly. Our time spent enjoying the swimming pool and the impeccably clean locker rooms added to our wonderful experience. Thank you for attending to our needs. We eagerly anticipate our return next year.
