They also charge a $100 deposit which is not stated on the site you don't find out about it until you've checked in already if you ise a card you won't get it back for 5 to 7 businesses days which sucks. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come.
