Never again! Filthy
I’ve stayed here in years past but it was so disgustingly filthy that I ate my losses with the pre-paid reservation and booked a better hotel. The room I was given on the far south side had a sticky floor and soap scum around the bathtub. One drawer had its front ripped off and it smelled of bleach. The stairs were filthy and there was dog waste on the stairs.

The property stinks. Literally stinks. The staff that we dealt with has no people person skills. Customer service was not great.

I had a room that had small bugs running around when I turned the lights on. Silver Fish? Don't know what it is. Kill one and showed it the Desk Clerk. Stayed three nights, the last i felt one run across my face. I couldn't ckeck out because Phoenix was probably all booked because of the Spring Training and other events. The carpet needs a good shampooing or new carpeting. At the wash basin a strong order coming out the drain spout. P-trap needs go cleaning. Someone with a weak stomach would probably throw up. But, at least i had a room to stay in. If you could correct these things i mentioned it would a good place to stay. Thank you for allowing me to bring up these things up and allowing me spending my weekend there. My business went will. And it looked like your Hotel, too. Your parking lot was full all weekend. Please, take care of these issues I had with my room.

All of the furniture had some sort of very noticeable damage. We spotted bugs (what seemed to be cockroaches) in the bathroom floor and later a couple in the bed. We had just settled but were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

STAY AWAY
The premises were in a terrible condition. The property was dirty, malodorous & frankly, uninhabitable by any standard. This place should pay people to stay there as opposed to the other way around.
