This luxurious two storey home has been positioned to maximise the amazing views of The Bluff, Encounter Bay and the coastline beyond. In a fabulous location with only a very short drive to the beach or local restaurants and cafes. You can enjoy a walk on the shared Encounter Bikeway, have a nice swim or even go out boating.

Large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. These areas are light and bright with amazing sea views. The dining area will seat eight people and has been furnished to give a totally relaxed feel. There are glass sliding doors leading outside to the front balcony.
The living area has plenty of seating and a TV with glass sliding doors leading outside to the large decked entertaining area. What a perfect spot to soak up those amazing views and being on holidays. Don’t forget to pack the wine! This area has got everything including an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a sink and bench areas, a large table and chairs, an outdoor lounge area and electric bar heaters ready for all year round entertaining.
The kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, pantry, automatic coffee bean machine and an island bench with six stools.
The property also has ducted heating and cooling throughout.

The very large master bedroom includes a king bed, large walk in robe, and an ensuite.

Bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Downstairs layout:
As you arrive at this holiday home you will have lots of parking spaces available. You can also open up the double gates and have access through to the backyard. Plenty of room for a boat.
Second living area set up as a children’s play area with a TV. Glass sliding door leading outside to the large backyard.
Bedrooms two and three have a queen size bed and a built-in robe.
Bedroom four has two single bunk beds plus a built-in robe.
Main bathroom with a bath and double shower. A powder room with two basins and separate toilet.
Laundry with a washing machine and dryer and access to the undercover veranda.
Large fully fenced back yard, what a great spot for the children to play. There is an outdoor shower, perfect for when you get back from the beach to rinse off.
