This coastal gem is waiting for your arrival with its brand new heated swimming pool! Fresh, inviting remodeled unit with new kitchen, bath, furniture and appliances. The leather sofa is a sleeper with a queen-size memory foam mattress. The rear yard is like a little oasis with new patio furniture, pavers, shell, grill and griddle. Enjoy a beverage or meal at several bars/restaurants that are within walking distance and our location is only 4 miles (7minutes) to the beautiful Englewood Beach. You will also have the opportunity to visit two other beaches (Boca Grande & Manasota) about 20 minutes North or South. Its about 2.5 hours to all the parks in Orlando. Bring your kayak! 1/4 mile direct access to Lemon Bay and the area is known as a kayakers paradise. Visit charming downtown Englewood where you can explore local shops, dine at restaurants and visit near my Indian Mound Park. Local planned events are common. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that are just moments from the shoreline! A county recreation center is just a mile away with free basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts. Englewood, Florida, is known for its beautiful beaches, particularly Englewood Beach and Manasota Key Beach. The area is also recognized for its charming small-town atmosphere, excellent fishing opportunities, and the annual "Englewood Pioneer Days" celebration, which showcases the community's history and culture. Relaxing Grove City

The outside property was very spacious with a beautiful pool, tables, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue grill and griddle. Unit B suited our needs well. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities.

Great location!

Very nice property. Updated and had everything we needed. Some beaches were closed due to hurricanes, but not the hosts fault. The pool was nice, but very overcrowded by unit A’s extra relatives. There should be a limit on how many can visit.

Great Place

We needed somewhere to stay while visiting my Dad. This place was perfect. Great location for what we needed.... Awesome outdoor space to hang out during the day and at night. Very clean and had everything you needed. We will be back!

Unit was new and updated. Very clean and well maintained. Pool and grounds were in excellent shape also and well maintained. We even met the owners who were staying in the next unit. Very nice folks and open on communicating everything we needed to check in/out and any other questions we had.

Beaches galore!

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay in this completely remodeled property. During our stay, we met the owners, Courtney & Kevin, who were interested in feedback and responsive to our suggestions. The hosts provided everything we could have needed. The unit included a shared outdoor area including a heated pool in a lanai, seating areas, and yard games. We visited at least 5 different beaches, went to the Thursday Market, golfed, and dined out all within just a few miles of our unit. We will definitely be back!
