"Even though I did not end up going because the booking was wrongfully allowed while there was no availability, Bayan's quick turnaround, responsiveness, immediate dealing with the Expedia live agent and refund were truly commendable and much appreciated.  He extended his assistance with recommending a different resort in the area which was very nice. I am still leaving this review to acknowledge his remarkable and professional service and  outstanding troubleshooting skills to reconcile. Many thanks Bayan and much appreciated again! "

"Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience.
