DO NOT book this hotel through Expedia. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****

Şehir merkezine yakın güzel temiz bir otel, ailece çok rahat konakladık. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kayak imkanları için servis uygulaması başarılıydı.Yemekler ve kahvaltısı güzeldi, Belki yemekler biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir ama fiyat performansına göre gayet iyiyidi. Gerçekten Tercih edilebilecek güzel bir otel
