Excellent property with upgrades; the restaurant was outstanding. The food was tremendous. The rooms overlooking the bay are superb, with a very inviting feel, and the new upgraded materials. A true hidden gem in the area will definitely be back.

Nice new clean room

We paid for the upgraded Superior King room and we were placed on the third floor of four. This is the new section of the building. The room was beautiful and clean. Great view of the lake from the bed to watch the sunrise. Unfortunately, the room above us had either construction or very active customers. I could hear every step at 5 am, it sounded like they were dancing or practicing karate up there. Not much insulation for sound between floors. Other than a higher price, I cannot see a difference between the superior room and the premium room. The wifi is spotty and disconnected often. The attached restaurant is fantastic. High prices, but worth a visit. Having Bigby coffee on site really made enjoying coffee in the morning convenient. Overall, I would recommend staying here, I just wouldn't pay the extra for a premium room, especially if there is a floor above you.

Spiders outside the porch. Dirty windows. Tv did not work. Bathroom door handle loose. Hole in frame of bathroom door. No one mentioned breakfast or anything else. I guess everything was pay or nothing!?
