It was super! We needed an overnight stop, for sleep for the six of us adult family traveling together. So we appreciated the ability to have all of us in “one room” with a dividing wall to provide a little more privacy for our son and daughter-in-law. The little kitchenette is a very excellent feature as we bring our own food when we travel! The only reason we couldn’t give all 5 stars on each category is the kitchen staff in Bigby was very loud with voices and banging by 5 am, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. We did let staff know so I trust they are taking care of those details.

My only complaint would be the coffee shop drive through is right where you need to walk in to check into the hotel. Kind of a dangerous set up.

Nice one night stay

Beds were already not super comfortable and we stayed in the new part. Strange that there was no place to put razors, shampoo, or anything in the shower. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d like to go back. Food was amazing! View was perfect. I loved the balcony.

Watch out for the giant crater in the parking lot. I have stayed here multiple times with that being the only issue. This time I had to change my room 3 times. 1st room. Feces all over the back of the toilet. 2nd room a herd of elephants was above me…. But the room was fine. Finally got to the top floor and to a clean room. The staff came with to check the room and also gave me a free sandwich and drink from bugs by coffee attached to hotel.

The restaurant onsite was absolutely amazing!! Wonderful food, service and cleanliness. It was a busy night and the food came out very fast. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of hair in our fridge, and on surfaces. But overall it was clean. The bed was nice. There was no sound proofing. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the rooms around us. And unfortunately the train was very close to our room and came through multiple times a night. All the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful! Over we enjoyed our stay!
