They need to clean the carpets in the hotel rooms and in the hallways. The stains were disgusting and the rooms should not be rented in that condition. Decent breakfast, staff person brought us a second key, very low shower pressure, can't ignore the conditions.

I get it was a retro property; however, the floor was nasty with grit and even a dime was found. Obviously not cleaned. At breakfast the eggs were gone and the coffee was akin to tea.

Terrible front desk girl w short hair who kept blocked me from getting my breakfast. God forbid she wait til after I get my tea to finish cleaning. Then when I finally asked her to move she gaslit me and accused me of "having a bad day." I was having an AMAZING trip until that happened!

Staff was friendly and service was quick. Rooms were clean but in our opinion the beds were hard. Lol, some like their mattresses hard to the point you can't feel your bed partner move. Me? I'd like to not feel like im sleeping on a board. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, a loaf of white bread with butter, peanut butter and grape jelly for options. Cold cereal and a few mini muffins. Juice & coffee. No meat, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, English muffins or biscuits and gravy as many places offer. Just very lacking.

I had booked and paid online. When I got there in person they tried to say that Expedia had booked me in by mistake and that they had a “better” room for a higher price. I said no, I already paid. Showed them my confirmation receipt and said this is my room. Then they tried to say my card hadn’t gone through when I checked my bank accounts and they had already taken the money out of my account. I demanded my room. My advice is to just book somewhere else. I specifically booked a "signature room" as the pictures for those rooms showed updated rooms. I however was still given a non-updated room at check in that was very outdated and dirty. So, buyer beware; it doesn't matter what you think you're booking, you could still in up in one of these dirty, out-dated rooms.

The parking could be better lit on the cedar looking side. The hotel room itself was ok for cleanliness, the bathroom not cleaned well at all. I would highly suggest someone strip all the old caulking out and replace it professionally! Needs ip dates badly.
