We booked two bedrooms but the description of the rooms were not mentioned in details so one bedroom had kingbed the other was single bed, so we had to sleep on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable

Disappointing

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.
