I arrived ready to cook and bake for a wedding close by. Stores were 10 min away to purchase groceries. Plenty of shops and places to eat out as well! I was greeted with a personal note from the owner with her number if I needed anything more. Included with that were keys and a remote for the garage door. The home has more than ample space, a large kitchen with a grand amount of counter space and cupboards galore! The bathroom is HUGE ! Also to point out that the host set up a vanity in the laundry room as well for anyone to get dressed and do their makeup :) the beds are super comfortable. Closets are very spacious and more than enough hangers are provided for your use . There is a beautiful yard with outdoor seating . The surrounding area is safe and the people in the community are very kind. If you are heading to this area and need a place to stay - this one is a winner!!!

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The house was warm and inviting as well as being nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There was a garage available to store your car and give you access to the house without having to walk through the snow. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it for your stay in the Bay City area.

We absolutely love staying here. Cindy is very attentive and responsive and her home is clean and conveniently located. The large yard allowed us to have guests over and spend some time outside and she provided a grill and outdoor chairs for us to use. The home has a garage which has direct access to the house and that was very convenient, especially on rainy days. She’s the best and we look forward to staying there again next year!

Quiet neighborhood. Garage is a welcomed extra. Owner is friendly and communicates well. Kitchen is well stocked. Concerns: Kitchen cabinets, particularly the bottom ones need a good cleaning. Needs to have an exterminator treat house for silverfish, spiders, hornets and “stink bugs”. Had a nice stay.

We arrived to find the property in a very pleasant and secure location.Conveniently located to boat launches.Plenty of restaurants, bars and convenient stores, within a short distance. The property was very clean and well kept. It was a wonderful experience to stay there. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy cottage with nice beds, clean bath and kitchen.Living area furniture needs to be replaced with something a bit more comfortable. After being on the Lake all day, it was hard to relax on the high-back chairs provided.

More than expected !

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with this hostess as well as the property. We would highly recommend this property as it is well kept. It is also close to many businesses but far enough away to provide a very quiet setting. It has a spacious yard and has garage space if you need it. The hostess was very helpful with all the things that we needed help with during our stay. We will stay here again when we travel to Michigan.

Tournament Stay

My family stayed here for our son’s fishing tournament at Saginaw Bay. Great place convenient to several boat ramps. Nice, quiet area but still very close to downtown Bay City. Had access to garage space, which was a pleasant surprise. My boys were able to stay dry while rigging poles when rain passed through the night before the tournament. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

Memorial Cup 2024 Hockey Tournament Saginaw

The house is a gem for anyone with a taste for the eclectic! I can think of nothing that was missed when Cindy did her decor. All of the amenities are first rate and tge house cleaningbis impeccable. We were extremely happy about the closeness to the locations we were interested in abd had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!!

Quick Get Away

Cindy was very welcoming from the start and made everything extremely easy when it came to getting access to the house. Even with booking fairly short notice, the house was perfectly clean and ready for my kiddos and I. The location of the home worked out perfectly. It seemed to be ablut 15 minutes from just about anything we wanted or needed. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful home if you are looking to travel to the Bay City area.
