Estill Springs is waiting for you this 4-bedroom cozy house with 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, and 2 foam futons, this welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the AC, WiFi, fire pit for family gatherings in the evening where you can roast S'mores as well as other amenities like a gas BBQ provided for your convenience. We also have a long driveway that provide ample parking if you wish to bring your watercraft, Rock Creek Boat Ramp is literally a 1 minute drive down the street right next to Citgo and the Land & Lake Market & Grill.
We have 2 1/4 bathrooms with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash to ensure everyone has what they need to freshen up. A kitchen stocked with necessary conviniences of home, dishwasher, washer and dryer with laundry soap. We've also provided complimentary coffee pods. This is a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their personal space as well as together time. Back yard was wonderful for our gathering, firepit, and seating space with the children enjoying the large yard. Seating space in living room was minimal but the bean bags from upstairs came in handy. We loved the house! Very comfortable and welcoming. Stocked with essentials was a bonus touch. Thank you so much for being so personable.

Definitely should be anyones 1st choice in stay. The home was warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Plenty of space for a large family with plenty of yard space for them to run. The backyard wayer feature and sitting area was that extra touch that made it that much more special. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Trip

This property is inviting and family friendly. From the child safety features to the games, both traditional and electronic, to the spacious yard, this is a wonderful place for families with kids of all ages. The property was exceptionally clean, the amenities (gas grill, firepit, gaming station, etc.) were in excellent condition, and the house is convenient to boating and hiking areas as well as to town. This was a great long weekend stay for our family of 6.

Estill Springs Gem

This is a great property living up to its posting. We had a party of six adults and were very comfortable in this house with plenty of room. It can easily handle the 8 as advertised. Very clean with all the amenities. Nice, quiet location and fairly centrally located for the Estill Springs area. One of the better properties we visited. Definitely earned its 5 out of 5 rating.

Comfortable and Cozy

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy with lots of soft blankets and rugs. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. We were only passing through and said 1 night but would have enjoyed a longer stay!! The showers were warm and the host was very courteous and communicative. Definitely recommend staying here!!
