Thin walls & noisey neighbors'

The room I was given was not as pictured. It was supposed to be executive suit but the only thing executive about was it was on the first floor. The walls are not soundproof at all and I was kept up most of the night by my inconsiderate neighbors whom didn't get in until just before midnight and were loudly talking until at least 2-3 a.m. leaving me with very little sleep before I had to be up for work that morning

The hotel is very clean and neat. However they gave us the room right by the elevator and by a family of 6. The elevator is extremely loud and the kids are running and screaming up and down the halls. We are not getting any sleep unfortunately.

The coffee condiments looked used. Also did not have stir sticks. The electrical panel below the night stand cover fell off, so the wires were exposed. Possibly UnsafeThis hotel was not worth the price paid.
