The floor in the room I stayed in was not vacuumed and had to pick up hair balls and the plastic price tag holders off the floor. Found a hairball in the bathroom floor. I also noticed the floor in the lobby was filthy when checking out. The room was remodeled and nice.

Hotel was under construction which I understand. New looking room however had peeling wall paper over tv and a torn shower curtain. Restaurant was disappointing for dinner but perfectly fine for breakfast. Shrimp was added extra for a pasta dish which were the size of a dime and crunchy. Tons of teens caused for noisy nights trying to sleep. Felt way overcharged for the hotel in this state, the only plus was convenient to the expo center

For starters, the hotel is under renovation, so when you walk in, you are hit with a overwhelming paint and fume smell. Upon assurance, we would be placed in renovated rooms, we walked a through a hallway that I am assuming is for guests staying that have pets, and the urine smell was horrid. Our room, on the third floor was renovated and nice. However, bathroom was not cleaned well, hair on the vanity and the cold water faucet. The bed was made with bottom sheet and ONE TWO TOP SHEETS - no blacket, or duvey or any other form of covering on the beds or in the closet. I travel frequently and this is the first that I have only had sheets on the bed, no blanket to be found. Phone in the room did not work, on the positive note, the mattresses were comfortable and new room decor is nice. Rest or room was very well cleanned.
