Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located in the HEART of downtown Fairhope! Every inch of this charming coastal apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring dramatic HIGH ceilings throughout.



At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!



In the kitchen, you'll find a stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), dishwasher, Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!



Other amenities include ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, and a brand-new washer and dryer.



In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality KING bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. Our second time renting this unit. Great location, located near all shops and restaurants but very quiet. The unit is comfortable for 2, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay although the kitchen is not meant for serious cooking.

Well located, clean accommodation

We were 3 older women, having a "girls" trip and this place was perfect for us. Just around the corner from downtown Fairhope. Place was clean, and comfortable, with lovely modern decor. King bed and couch were both comfortable, and bathroom was very functional. Lighting could have been brighter at vanity but wasn't a deal breaker. Plenty of clean towels provided, and nicely appointed kitchen with everything needed for a pleasant stay, although we did not really use the kitchen much. Place was perfect for 3 of us, may be a bit crowded for 4 but still workable. Only complaint is that if you don't like a heavy comforter when sleeping, you only have a sheet. There was no lighter weight blanket for summer, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 night stay. Loved it!
