"Checked in to our room and went to take a shower and there was NO hot water. Called the front desk and they said that they would have maintenance come check it out. Got back from our concert around 10:30pm and still NO hot water. Called the front desk again and they said maintenance will be there to fix it. Woke up at 7am and guess what? Yup, still NO hot water!!! Also the room was filthy dirty. There was a sticky brown substance on the door jam to the bathroom. There was a dirty pair of shoes left in the closet from previous occupants. The neighbors were so disrespectfully loud, partying and slamming doors until 2am."

"Room was clean. Loved the balcony even though I got a corner room so it was smaller. The floor seems a little off in places. And there was lots of noise from the room above me. Breakfast was great. Nice location. Pizza place next door was 5/5! "

"The breakfast is bare minimum, there is coffee, there is hot water for tea (although it appeared that the hot water was in a thermo that was previously used for coffee, the hot water was brown-ish. Bagels, cream cheese, jam two toaster, creamer, orange juice, some bananas and apples. You have to load up a plate and eat in your room since there is no breakfast room.. The hot tub is non-functional and the hot tub area is locked up and fenced off."

"Updated and clean. Friendly and informative staff. Great breakfast choices. Great location. You can lightly hear your neighbors, but it wasn't too loud, and we didn't have the tv on. I would return and highly recommend The Maverick."
