Customer service is very poor….. my son got an infection in the pool and we end up going to the hospital, when I asked room service to get me ice for him, I was told to go 2 floors up and get it myself, I explained that I also have a baby and can’t go, therefore they hung up on me. Seriously???? And it now over…. Overall will not be back to this hotel and will never recommend to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful, new, clean and the staff including the entertainment crew was great. The food was excellent. The buffet was amazing and the restaurants were very good. We took professional pictures and she did an amazing job for my daughters quinceañera.

Everything from the staff, to the wide variety cuisine offered and the customer service was amazing. The entertainment team topped it off! Everyone is kind, you are always greeted with a smile and staff is always willing to assist.

Overall the staff were all very pleasant. The food ( other than the authentic cuisine) was mediocre. Room service only had a few items

Our room was clean and it had a beautiful ocean view. I didn’t like the fact the property didn’t have a coffee shop that opened early in the morning.
