I love the fact that the staff provides entertainment for the guest both day and night. We felt safe on the property. The dinner meals need to be improved but breakfast was on point. The transportation through Travelocity from the airport was horrible, they kept us waiting over 45mins to get to the hotel and going back, there was no communication(contract number) to arrange getting back to the airport. I had to find different means of getting back.

I stayed here with my family for four days. Would absolutely recommend, especially if traveling with children. The entertainment staff was excellent. They had lots of activities and things to do during the day. At night before the adult show they even have a show for children. The food wasn't as good as other resorts that I've stayed in Jamaica, but I would absolutely go back.

Nice place the staff are nice except the security outside at the gate, on Saturday I had my driver picking me up I was standing right at the lobby waiving to let him in idk what was going on with them but I had to walk all the way outside the get in my car

I recently stayed at the Riu Aquarelle Resort and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The beachfront location is stunning—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making an effort to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. The food options were diverse, with a mix of local and international cuisine. Some dishes were a hit, others a miss, but the buffet was always well-stocked and fresh. The entertainment staff did a great job organizing activities and shows in the evenings—there was never a dull moment. My room was spacious with a great view and housekeeping kept everything spotless. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit slow, and some of the restaurants required long waits depending on the time of day. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Riu Aquarelle to couples, families, or groups looking for a vibrant, all-inclusive getaway in a tropical setting.
