Great staff, food and cleanliness. Only issue was we weren’t informed that they day of arrival was election day there. It took us 4 hours to get to the resort with a 2 year old baby stuck in a bus for that long with no food.

The water pressure in the 2 rooms that we booked was horrible. I informed the front desk and they stated they would address it but it was never addressed. Based on the rooms alone, i would not be returning or would recommend.

This is a nice resort however you do have to wake up early to save a flimsy umbrella on the beach around 8am. The service on the beach is top tier Edward’s and Nelson are amazing. The beds In the rooms are bigger than a twin but smaller than a full size bed. The food in the restaurants is subpar however the buffet is very good with great service. I will not be back due to no cabanas on the beach and the rooms.

Came for an R&R vacation with my son(7). Plenty of kid friendly activities to enjoy! The speciality restaurants were all good!! The lighting in the room was amazing especially if you needed to do your make up! Overall will revisit. 9/10 wish they had more authentic Jamaican food options.

Place was really nice, had a nice view of the ocean. All was pretty clean. Staff was nice. The beach does have some rocks so you have to be careful where you step. Also make sure you book dining in advance using the app. I did have some issue on the app and staff at the main entrance was able to help.

Although the restaurant staff were very nice and friendly, I feel that the buffet options were better. On another note, make sure that you bring cash if you want to buy anything on the beach. There is no ATM at the hotel.

we hated the food it wasn't good hated everything except some of the pastries they ok but lack freshness so get different cooks so every one can enjoy it was just bad
