Wir waren nur in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels dieser Welt und ich ich buchte dieses Hotel aufgrund der perfekten Lage in Puglia um diverse Orte/Strände zu erreichen. Der Preis mit max 150 Euro pro Zimmer und Nacht machte es besonders attraktiv. Jedoch war ich aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen etwas besorgt. Dort angekommen kann ich den absurd negativen Bewertungen kein Recht geben und kann wirklich positiv überrascht über den Service, das Zimmer und das Hotel sprechen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat unsere Koffer direkt ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und vor allem groß und das ganze Hotel renoviert. Aufgrund des neuen Besitzers wird sich in dem Hotel viel ändern und sie wollen ganzjährig offen haben und sich sogar und Wellness und Beauty Kunden bemühen. Einzig das Frühstück könnte größer ausfallen. Aber es wird sicherlich jeder etwas finden. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen. Vor allem das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

Esperienza ottima. Masseria immersa nella campagna ma a dieci minuti di macchina dal mare. Spazi comuni eleganti e curati nel dettaglio, stanze ampie e ben arredate (dotate tutte di giardino o balcone). Colazione molto ricca e varia. Esperienza ottima!

Nice but no dinner

Nice place lovely pool good service. No restaurant and miles away from anywhere so we had to go out to find somewhere for dinner. We did not appreciate when we booked that we would not be able to have dinner there. Room was very clean. Shower was not hot enough and cubicle leaked water all over the floor.

Struttura apparentemente molto bella, ma non da 5L

Docce piscina praticamente impraticabili per difetto degli scarichi, sempre intasati, talvolta anche da materiale fecale: si è tentato di ovviare all'incoveniente, chiudendo i bagni dedicati ed indirizzando i malcapitati che ne avessero bisogno verso un unico bagno situato all'interno della struttura alberghiera, ma il risultato non è stato particolarmente apprezzabile. Pulizia della piscina insufficiente, acqua torbida (tra l'altro, l'apparecchio destinato alla pulizia, durante tutto il soggiorno, non è stato mai rimosso ed ha continuato a giacere sul fondo, anche negli orari di fruizione da parte degli ospiti). Quando non è stato possibile tenere aperti gli ombrelloni, causa vento, assoluta mancanza di posto all'ombra, non essendovi gazebo predisposti all'uopo (l'unico esistente, peraltro chiaramenre insufficiente, era sempre occupato da "soliti noti"). Nonostante tra i divieti elencati all'ingresso fosse specificato "è severamente vietato l'ingresso con qualsiasi tipo di animale", ad un cane, non di piccola taglia, è stato consentito scorazzare, senza guinzaglio, per tutti gli spazi comuni circostanti la piscina; fortuna ha voluto che per altri tre cani, anch'essi frequentatori abituali della piscina, sia stato esercitato un maggiore controllo da parte dei proprietari. Fornitura di oggetti da bagno insufficiente e, talvolta, ottenibile solo su specifica richiesta al personale addetto alle pulizie. Parcheggio poco illuminato.

La piscina rappresenta la caratteristica più bella di tutta la struttura , che, pur avendo notevoli potenzialità necessita indubbiamente di un miglioramento nel servizio (soprattutto colazione ) e manutenzione. Gli spazi sono troppo grandi ed alcuni angoli completamente abbandonati. Non e'all altezza di un 5 stelle. Meriterebbe più attenzione per raggiungere standard medi.
