Welcome to this house with private pool in the countryside for 5 people. It is the perfect place for those who look for a quiet vacation.
This house with incredible views to the mountains and the southern coast of Mallorca has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms. There are fans available for summer, central heating and a log fire.

The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space. In the living you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas watching satellite TV or surfing the internet. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The exteriors are beautiful: go out to the terrace to enjoy the fantastic views, swim in the 8 x 3.75 meters pool, sunbathe, have a BBQ or organize an outdoor breakfast with your family! In addition, the house is environmentally friendly, as it has solar panels.

The house is located 6 km from Felanitx, where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, surgery and a lot more.

By car you can easily get to the beach of Portocolom, MondragĂł Natural Park, Es Trenc (natural beach) or ColĂČnia de Sant Jordi, where you will find many services. The city of Palma is just 46 km from the house; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity.

FantĂĄstica finca con encanto rĂșstico y total tranquilidad: Pasamos un tiempo inolvidable en esta finca celestial cerca de Felanitx. Rodeados de olivos y limoneros, sin vecinos que oyeran o vieran, podĂ­amos disfrutar de absoluta paz y libertad. La casa estĂĄ amueblada de forma rĂșstica, al estilo de la antigua Mallorca: con platos hechos a mano, muebles encantadores y un ambiente cĂĄlido y acogedor. SĂ­, las sartenes ya no son nuevas y es mejor que enjuagues los vasos antes de usarlos, pero eso es exactamente lo que hace que este lugar sea tan encantador. Nuestros aspectos mĂĄs destacados: la refrescante piscina, la arboleda de limones escondida, que descubrimos en un pequeño recorrido de exploraciĂłn, y la gata madre callejera, que pasa por la noche con sus crĂ­as. La ubicaciĂłn es maravillosamente remota, el camino a la finca un poco aventurero, pero con un poco de habilidad para conducir y un pequeño coche de alquiler, es parte de la aventura. Wer Ruhe sucht, eineneinfache Ausstattung in Kauf nimmt, die stark in die Jahre gekommen ist und sich hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit nicht allzu genau umschaut, der verbringt hier eine gute Zeit 👍😊 die Umgebung ist sowieso schön und die KĂŒste nicht weit..

Lage ist alles!

Das Bonaviesta Ferienhaus in Felanitx ist eine sehr alte, traditionelle Finca - wunderschön als mallorcinisches Original. Die Lage ist einigartig, umgeben von einem Pinienwald uneinsehbar, thront das kleine Juwel auf einem HĂŒgel mit Meerblick. Allerdings: Sauberkeit - ein Horror! Im KĂŒhlschrank waren noch Essensreste, in der Kaffeekanne noch Kaffee, zwischen KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken vergammelte, verfaulte Lebensmittel, das komplette Geschirr verklebt - wir mussten alles von Hand spĂŒlen, weil es keine SpĂŒlmaschine gibt. Das Dach ist undicht, es hat ins Wohnzimmer geregnet, die Terrasse ist nicht wasserdicht ĂŒberdacht - auch da hat es geregnet, so dass ein Aufenthalt bei Regen draußen nicht möglich war. Die BĂ€der sind uralt, die Zimmer wie kleine Verliese - eng und stickig. BettwĂ€sche und Wolldecken waren in Schubladen und SchrĂ€nke geknallt - nicht gefaltet und miefig. KĂŒchenhandtĂŒcher waren komplett befleckt, obwohl gewaschen. Die Außenbeleuchtung am Pool war defekt, WC-BĂŒrsten extrem dreckig, einfach ekelhaft - wir mussten neue kaufen. Man hat sich nicht getraut, irgendetwas anzufassen. Die Pool-Liegen waren komplett durchgelegen, Auflagen gab es nicht. Die Vermieter waren nett, aber eine Erstattung fĂŒr all die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht - auch nicht ĂŒber die spanische Agentur Homerti. Wenn man ĂŒber den Zustand des Hauses, die ganzen MĂ€ngel und den Dreck hinwegsehen kann, ist der Ort wunderschön.

- Eigentlich gibt es nichts, worĂŒber wir uns beschweren könnten. Strom- und Wasserversorgung sind nicht zentral, daher auch nicht sicher stabil. Es fiel mal der Strom aus, auch das Internet, aber die Besitzer bemĂŒhten sich zĂŒgig um Abhilfe und waren sehr freundlich. + Sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage, durchaus einsam, mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Insgesamt rustikaler, lĂ€ndlicher Charme, kein Komfort, aber immerhin W-LAN und Sat-TV. Das ist etwas fĂŒr Leute, die Ruhe suchen, abseits des Trubels. Großes GrundstĂŒck in Hanglage und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, waren zum zweiten Mal da und wĂŒrden auch wiederkommen.

Die Vorbereitung und Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Auch die HausĂŒbergabe hat geklappt. Der Vermieter nutzt sogar Solarenergie. Der Weg zum Haus ist nicht nur beim 1. Mal eine Angstfahrt. Man sollte kein tiefer gelegtes Auto fahren. Dabei könnte man sich den Unterboden aufreißen. Das Haus liegt in wunderbarer Ruhe und der oft beschriebene Blick ist wirklich toll. Der Pool ist sauber. Das Haus ist leider keine Empfehlung. Die Ausstattung ist alt und es ist alles etwas schmuddelig und nicht gut gepflegt. Die HandtĂŒcher waren so alt, dass sie schon Löcher und Flecken hatten, die selbst bei 90 Grad WĂ€sche nicht mehr rausgingen. Alles ist mega eng und zugestellt. Das Haus heizt sich im Laufe des Tages so auf, dass man sich nachts wie im Brutkasten fĂŒhlt. Trotz Ventilator, konnten wir keine Nacht durchschlafen und haben unendlich geschwitzt. Die Erholung vom Tag wurde durch die Nacht leider wieder kaputt gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti hat auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs funktioniert und sie wollen die Kritik weitergeben.

Schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Die Villa ist etwas altmodisch aber sehr authentisch und hat Charme. Alles nötige war da. Wir waren da zu dritt und hatten viel Platz. Der Außenbereich ist schön und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Villa liegt abgelegen, man brauch unbedingt ein zuverlĂ€ssiges Auto. Der Pool ist leider zu tief, man kann da nicht stehen. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns da sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und unsere Ruhe und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen. Unserem 13 JĂ€hrigen Sohn war es etwas langweilig. FĂŒr Paare oder Ruheuchende ist der Unterkunft ideal.

- Leider nicht so sauber, da mussten wir etwas nachhelfen. Pool war anfangs nicht ok, wurde aber gereinigt. Betten teils hart und unbequem. + Super Lage und eine tolle Umgebung. Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Panoramablick ĂŒber`s Land und zum Puig San Salvador. Das Haus ist etwas klein und dunkel, die Zuwegung ein Abenteuer. Schön ist der Außenbereich mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Pool, der aber nicht so groß wie auf den Fotos ist. Der Komfort ist begrenzt, es ist eher rustikal und das Interieur angejahrt. Den MĂŒll hat man in den umliegenden Ortschaften in MĂŒllcontainern selbst zu verteilen - kein großartiger Service fĂŒr den Mietpreis.

Die traumhafte Lage des Objekts macht einiges wieder wett, denn die Innenausstattung ist ziemlich veraltet und in schlechtem Zustand. Manche GerÀte waren defekt oder nur mangelhaft. Auch an der Sauberkeit kann man einiges bemÀngeln, so gibt es Schimmel an den DuschvorhÀngen, ungewaschene BettwÀsche etc.

Hier kann man in Ruhe die Seele baumeln lassen.

"BONAVISTA" wird ihrem Namen gerecht. Der Ausblick ĂŒber Berg und Land bis hin zum Meer ist wunderschön und lĂ€dt zum langen Verweilen auf der Terrasse oder im Pool ein. Die Fotos wirken grĂ¶ĂŸer als die Villa eigentlich ist. Das macht aber nichts, denn gemĂŒtlich ist es allemal. Sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb gibt es genug Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die gesamte Villa strahlt im typisch "mallorquinischen" Stil. Die Besitzer haben diese mit viel Lieb zum Detail eingerichtet. NatĂŒrlich lĂ€sst sich kein Hotel erwarten,- man fĂŒhlt sich wie bei den Großeltern zu Besuch. Es wirkt sehr rustikal und teilweise veraltet. Sauber ist es trotzdem! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, sprechen und verstehen aber leider kein Englisch. So erfolgte die Einweisung und Übergabe auf Spanisch. Es werden genug Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung gestellt. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Villa greift auf Solarenergie zurĂŒck. Die Beleuchtung in den Abendstunden ist etwas karg. Innerhalb der Villa gibt es genug Licht und der Vorderteil der Terrasse lĂ€sst sich auch beleuchten. Das Licht dort wirkt aber sehr ungemĂŒtlich und der Rest des GrundstĂŒcks erscheint sehr dunkel. Die Auffahrt ist gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, lĂ€sst sich aber mit (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps gut finden. Wer keinen Luxus-Action-Urlaub erwartet kommt in der Unterkunft auf seine Kosten. Hier kann man in Ruhe die Seele baumeln lassen.
