We welcome you to this magnificent Majorcan manor house with large outdoor spaces, gardens and an extraordinary pool, located in the coastal area of Porto Colom. It can accommodate 9 people. This stunning home is a magnificent example of Mallorcan architecture that preserves traditional elements that make it more genuine. It is located within a forest setting that accentuates its tranquility and serenity.
Its exterior is spectacular. It has views over the garden to the coastal zone horizon. It features a gorgeous swimming pool 8 x 11 m, with a depth of 1.10 m to 1.80 m. In the garden, surrounding the pool, there are 12 sunbeds at your disposal to enjoy the sunny summer days of Mallorca. Its gardens with plants and trees give a unique charm to the property. Enjoy a barbecue on the fully equipped, rustic style porch. You will also find a traditional Mallorcan firewood oven and a fireplace. At the entrance of the house there is another fully furnished porch with a table and chairs to contemplate the nature of the property. This is full of trees: pines, palms, fruit trees (orange, lemon ...) and a garden with seasonal products, which can be taste by the guests.
The house of 530 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms; three with double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. We can prepare a single bed in an independent room for the 9th guest. 2 cots and a high chairs are available on request. There are 4 bathrooms; two with bathtub, one with shower and one toilet. You can relax in the living room, furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, with three comfortable sofas, a TV-Sat. and a coffee table. The dining area has a rustic table with chairs. In the independent kitchen with gas stove you will find everything you may need during your stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Its surroundings are great for walking, cycling or horse riding. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches and coves, like Porto Colom and Cala Marçal and the typical villages of Porto Cristo, Manacor, Felanitx, etc. Only 1.2 km away there is also a golf course Vall d'Or. In Porto Colom, less then 3 km away, you can everything you might need to make your stay comfortable: medical and pharmaceutical services, supermarkets, markets, shops, etc.
Electricity up to 0.20 kW per day is included in the price. If consumption is higher, an electricity fee is applied.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55âŹ/night and guest during the low season and 2.2âŹ/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

great house. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived. gave us a brief tour of the house which was perfect. the house is absolutely lovely. full of character and plenty of space. the gardens and the Orchard are a real treat. my children picked fresh oranges and pomegranate from the tree every morning! the house is in a great spot for a beach holiday. we explored many beaches all within a 15 min drive. the only downside i will mention is that the swimming pool is unheated and we visited in the last week of September and the water was too cold for the kids to swim in. I like cold water and so I enjoyed it. the other thing to note is that the pool is not fenced in. it really was a fantastic house. plenty of clean towels and extra blankets etc. would recommend.
Der zwei Wochenaufenthalt war auch noch Ende September ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Die erste Woche war Sonne pur mit etwas Wind, was ganz angenehm war. Die zweite Woche war etwas wechselhafter, aber dennoch ein schönes Erlebnis. Das GrundstĂŒck ist groĂ und zu fĂŒnft hatte jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Die KĂŒche und allgemein ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groĂ und lĂ€sst sich auch fĂŒrs Schwimmen ganz gut nutzen. Die separate und ĂŒberdachte Grillecke hat uns mehrere schöne Abende beschert.
Dennoch gibt es zwei Punkte die zu erwÀhnen sind:
1.) Die Kaution betrĂ€gt nicht mehr 300 ⏠wie in Expedia und der Dokumentation angegeben, sondern 500 ⏠und muss in Bar ĂŒbergeben werden. Hinweis an die Anbieter ist raus, hier sollten die vertraglichen Konditionen bei Expedia aktuell gehalten werden.
2.) FĂŒr diesen Punkt gibt es einen Stern Abzug, weil es nur durch unsere Initiative und unseren Aufwand uns nicht zu lasten gelegt wurde:
Der Stromverbrauch des Hauses ist zur Zeit ĂŒber 1 kWh pro Stunde (auch nachts)! Damit kommt man ohne Eigenverbrauch schon ĂŒber die 20 kWh pro Tag die inklusive sind.
Da wir selber sehr sehr sparsam mit Strom waren, ist das nicht akzeptabel!
Alle Bewohner sollten den StromzĂ€hler regelmĂ€Ăig ĂŒberprĂŒfen und ggfs. vorzeitig mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufnehmen. Sie weiĂ mittlerweile Bescheid und kĂŒmmert sich hoffentlich um den hohen Verbrauch.
Wir mussten nach Absprache dann keinen Aufschlag zahlen. Der liegt ĂŒbrigens mittlerweile bei 1 ⏠pro kWh
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (8 Erwachsene) fĂŒr 8 Tage GĂ€ste in Can Cirerol. Die Bilder waren schön, aber wir alle fanden, dass die RealitĂ€t noch besser war. Sehr schön angelegt, viel Platz fĂŒr alle, auch mal fĂŒr sich zu sein. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend ( vielleicht noch drei vier schöne WeinglĂ€ser wĂŒnschenswert). Es gab alles was man zum Kochen und servieren benötigt. Alle waren rundherum zufrieden. Uns es ist nicht das erste Mal in einer Finca! Die Abwicklung aller FormalitĂ€ten war sehr easy. Also eine runherum gelungene Woche.
The villa was amazing. There was so much space outside and the garden looked wonderful. We had lots of barbeques and loved the outdoor eating area. We were four adults and six children, and all spent so much time around the pool! We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you
Every room was very clean, we were offered some towels for each person. The pool was clean, the garden beautiful and really big! The location is very quiet, you can find it only with a mobile phone and the GPS coordinates. This is good for not disturbing any neighbours but you'll need a car to get to the supermarket and into the city. Portocolom is appr. 5min by car. There are also some nice beaches. One day we took a taxi to Palma which costed about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) euros. Communication was very easy via (Hidden by Airbnb) and Antonia responded always quickly! The furniture is a bit old, but the finca has everything it needs. We even had a dishwasher, which is awesome when you are cooking with 9 people. If you are searching for a nice location, where you can be on your own and enjoy Mallorca, this is a very nice, affordable finca.
Das Haus ist schön und groĂ. Lediglich die BĂ€der sind in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Ansonsten alles prima und sauber. Das AuĂengelĂ€nde ist sehr schön. Man hat hier sehr viel PrivatsphĂ€re und ist dennoch sehr schnell im Ort (Porto Colom). Wir hatten leider etwas Pech, als bei einem Unwetter groĂe Regenmengen ins Haus liefen. Es wurde aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen.
Wir waren 8 Personen sprich 4Erw. und 4Kin. auf der Finca. Die Finca bot innen sowie auĂen mehr als ausreichend Platz! Das Haus an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das eine oder andere ist etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der nĂ€chste Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und auch die wunderschöne Bucht von PortoColom ist ca. 5min entfernt. Ich persönlich wĂŒrde die Finca noch fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten 1-2 Jahre weiter empfehlen, dann sollte seitens Vermieter eine Sanierung der Finca angestrebt werden!
