Finca 'Cas Forner' with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Enjoy beautiful mountain views at Finca Cas Forner, set in a peaceful rural area of Illes Balears. Surrounded by fields, this finca is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The 120 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom is in a separate apartment with its own entrance from the terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, as well as beach and pool towels. Outside, you’ll find a private saltwater pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue area.



The finca is in a quiet farming area, with the sounds of chickens, dogs, sheep, donkeys, and other small animals. Access is via an unpaved road. The pool is open year-round but not heated. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is also possible in the field. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.



Homemade and homegrown products are available on request for an extra charge. Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. The property features energy- and water-saving measures and uses sustainable materials for insulation. Mooie Finca in het binnenland (ruraal gebied, muggen en vliegen in de (na)zomermaanden) van Mallorca in de buurt van Felanitx. Goede uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van het oosten en zuiden van Mallorca. De Finca is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig ingericht. Zeer prettig contact met eigenaresse die direct bereikbaar is i.g.v. eventuele calamiteiten.

Pros: Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier. Die Finca ist modern, mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt und war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr ruhig aber trotzdem erreicht man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alle nötigen Geschäfte. Der Checkin und weiterer Kontakt während unseres Aufenthalts war super freundlich. Wir können Heike und ihre Finca nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt sehr, sehr einsam! Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen!

Pros: Die Außenanlage ist noch nicht ganz fertig, aber das gleicht Heike als Gastgeberin wieder aus und ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet und selbst Gewürze und Wasser sind für den Ernstangriff vorhanden! Alles ist sauber und funktioniert! Cons: Die Poolbeleuchtung steht noch aus...
