Nestled in the serene countryside of Felanitx, Spain, the modern rustic farm estate known as "Can Amagat" offers an exceptional holiday rental experience for those seeking privacy, space, and natural beauty. Situated approximately 4 km from the centre of Felanitx and set within a remarkable private property spanning 80,000 m2, this estate is surrounded by open fields and embraced by a tranquil, sunny landscape. The expansive yard features a wildlife garden with mature trees, providing a lush and immersive natural environment that sets the tone for a truly restorative stay. The angular swimming pool, measuring 9 x 7 m with a depth of 200 cm, is available throughout the entire year from 01 January to 31 December, ensuring guests can enjoy a refreshing swim regardless of the season. Reliable Internet Wifi keeps guests connected throughout their stay, while ample parking is available directly on the premises, offering effortless convenience upon arrival and throughout the duration of the visit.

Fully renovated in 2022, the property combines bright, airy interiors with carefully selected furnishings that blend comfort and elegance throughout.

On the ground floor, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining table, digital television with international channels on a flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the garden. A separate kitchen and living area is also located on this floor, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by its own dining table and a digital flat screen television. The ground floor also includes 1 large double bedroom without a window, furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A shower and WC is also found on this level.

On the upper floor, the property offers 4 additional large double bedrooms. The first features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second features 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The remaining 2 large double bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and each room benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. Etwas Trist, nicht so sauber, fĂŒr Gruppenurlaub sicher ideal

Die Finca ist sehr lĂ€ndlich gelegen und bietet viel Platz, die Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Badezimmer angemessen. 2 große KĂŒhl- /GefrierschrĂ€nke, in denen man reichlich VorrĂ€te kĂŒhlen kann. Wir hatten die Finca gebucht, als hier nur die Fotos mit ĂŒppiger Vegetation gezeigt wurden. Mittlerweile wurden die neuen Bilder hochgeladen, auf denen man sehen kann, dass ALLE BĂ€ume und StrĂ€ucher radikal zurĂŒckgeschnitten wurden. (Die weinĂŒberrankte Pergola am Haus – so wie hier beschrieben wird - gibt es somit auch nicht mehr. Und die Bezeichnung „Oleanderallee“ mag fĂŒr die alten Bilder zutreffen, bei den neuen Bilder eher nicht mehr). Das wĂ€chst sicher alles wieder nach, vermittelt aber nun einen völlig anderen und fĂŒr uns sehr tristen Eindruck. Die Sauberkeit in Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer war gut, in der KĂŒche und im Poolbereich leider nicht. Da die Finca sehr lĂ€ndlich gelegen ist, muss man mit Tieren rechnen. Der Ameisenbefall ist im Haus ist extrem, neben weiteren Tieren, die man eigentlich nicht auf dem GrundstĂŒck haben möchte. MĂŒcken gibt es selbstverstĂ€ndlich auch, dagegen sollten die MĂŒckennetze an den Fenstern helfen, wenn diese nicht alle löchrig und teilweise nur notdĂŒrftig geflickt wĂ€ren. Ventilatoren waren nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Die wurden dann nachgeliefert, jedoch ohne das nötige Werkzeug, um die aufzubauen 😉. Die erwĂ€hnte Zufahrt ĂŒber Schotterweg halten wir fĂŒr sehr grenzwertig. Insbesondere die letzten 150 Meter zur Finca sind ein besser Traktorweg mit vielen spitzen Steinen. Wer ungestört Party machen möchte und nicht so hohe AnsprĂŒche hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir werden es wohl eher nicht mehr buchen.
