Apartment with a pool in the Tour des Palmiers with ocean views—5 minutes from the beach

The apartment is located in the “Il Borgo Casal Cristiana” residential complex, a brick-built village about 2 km from the sea and 800 metres from the medieval village of Torre di Palme, nestled among the olive groves of the Marche countryside.
Panoramic views from both sides, a panoramic pool, and a large playground for children and teens.
The Borgo Casal Cristiana complex features a large communal park and ample parking, both outdoor and indoor.
A staircase leads to a small loggia overlooking the sea; the apartment is located on the first floor and is laid out as follows:
- On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a combined kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
- In the attic area overlooking the living room, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Thanks to its location atop a hill, the village allows the apartment to enjoy panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding Marche countryside from every part of the home.
and offers the perfect balance for those who want to enjoy the sea while staying in the tranquility of the Marche countryside.
The apartment is also very functional, as it has just been renovated and features almost entirely new furnishings and appliances, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.
In addition, we offer our tenants special discounts at local beach clubs and restaurants.
Ideal for all ages.
A unique and charming residence

The swimming pool and children’s playground complete this unique and exclusive setting.

Easter in Italy

We traveled the whole family (2 adults and 3 children) to Italy to spend the Easter holiday there. We rented an apartment from Federico because of the attractions for children: playground, ping-pong, table football, etc. The apartment fully met our expectations, the surroundings beautiful, very well cared for. The hosts take great care of their guests. The children got puzzles and other toys to make it a nice time. Around the wonderful views, from the bedroom window view of the sea. I encourage everyone to visit this place, we are going back there in September.

We will come again! Absolutely recommended!

Very nice appartment in good condition. The pool was very clean, big enough and there were enough sunloungers and sunshades for all guest. The beach (quibeach) in Porto St. Giorno was also clean, nice and cheap (we paid 12€ for two sunloungers and a sunshade). Furthermore, the whole family Leone was very helpful and friendly. They reacted to our WhatsApp messages nearly in seconds! The small village Torre di Palme is absolutely fantastic with a lot of nice restaurants. The only bad thing (which is not in the responsiblity of Federico) was the Bababoom festival.

Also insgesamt alles so la, la.

Sommerurlaub in Marken

Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
