Grande maison très bien située

Grande maison avec une grande pièce à vivre et 3 chambres, et une petite cour. Climatisation dans la grande pièce et dans 2 chambres. Très bonne localisation en plein centre historique, à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Dans la zone à trafic limité : si vous venez en voiture, vous aurez un permis pour déposer puis repretvos bagages, mais il faudra vous faufiler dans les ruelles et le stationnement sera plus loin. Literie très confortable. Cuisine équipée dont lave vaisselle. Machine à laver et et étendoir à linge. Gestion des déchets un peu pénible (mais c'est la ville et pas le propriétaire qui décide).
