Guests are welcome to this wonderful comfy condo at  Mill House Lodge in Flat Rock NC called Dreamer's Paradise, a calming interior with comfortable furnishings and delightful decor.  

A note from the Owner
Dream – Hope – Believe. These are my favorite words. What is it that makes you walk into a place and feel that you are home? For me, it’s beautiful surroundings, a slower pace of life, plus good and friendly people with whom you can share a smile and your experiences. This is what I’ve found here at my little paradise. The calming presence of water; the serenity of the woods, and the crisp, clean air. This place fills me with a sense of peace and inspires me to truly believe that my dreams and hopes are possible. It is with a sense of gratitude that I would like to share this with you.

This wonderful Condo is on the upper level of the Jordan Building at Mill House Lodge. Fabulous view of the lake and fountain and sandy beach area from your furnished balcony and the pool from your entrance!

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen including brand new refrigerator and oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker (regular drip) and brand new kitchen ware to make your favorite meals and enjoy them on your balcony at brand new patio set with padded chairs and table or at your Kitchen table.

The living room area includes Brand New Futon for 1-2 more guests, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table,  flat screen cable tv and dining room table.

Private Bedroom offers Brand New King Bed 2023  with luxury linens and duvet and duvet cover and plenty of pillows
bureau, closet, TV, side tables and lamps.

Full Bath offers Tub/Shower, vanity, toilet and plenty of fresh new towels and toiletries

Mill House Lodge Condo is located in the best part of the resort, gorgeous views from your deck of the beach and Lake with fountain.   On the other side is your entry into condo and easy entry to Pool and Tennis Courts and Laundry Room - all open to guests!

Location in Flat Rock is also wonderful - a nice walk or drive into Flat Rock Village for breakfast or lunch, shopping and trails at Carl Sandburg National Park.

Beautiful Lake Retreat
We highly recommend staying in this beautiful lake house retreat. Rustic location, but close to shopping, restaurants & activities. We went to Dupont state park, Asheville adventure company, and the Biltmore. My teen daughter (and adults) loved all the activities. And if you want to just stay at the lake, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy with a great pool, beautiful lake, firepit, nice walking areas, and canoes. Unfortunately we didn't have time to get into the canoes, but they are provided... guess we will need to stay again. The condo was very clean & provided all the needed essentials. Thank you for the extra towels, dish soap and TP instead of including only the bare minimum. Julie was very responsive & helpful, providing all the necessary information & replying to questions quickly. We even took our doggo on this trip & he loved the view from the balcony & watching the geese on the lake. Our family highly recommends this location & host. Enjoy your trip!

Bad smell...very run down place
The condo # 217 smelled so bad when we arrived, that i had to go buy air fresheners to mask the smell. The place was very run down for the price. We made the most of it, but would not recommend staying here. Pool was ok, but could be cleaner. We kept getting bit by sand fleas while hanging out at the fire pit.

Lovely views in a quiet setting
We had a lovely visit needing some quiet time to relax. We enjoyed the porch where we could see the lake, watch the geese & just relax. The simplicity and comfort of our unit reminded me of being at grandmothers house. The bed mattress was so comfortable. I wanted to take it home!
