Room was once again not available when we went to check in. Booked a 2 bdr and was given 2-1 bedroom rooms and told they were next to each other, but were actually across the hall. I have a 8, 3, and 1 year old and 2 separate rooms do not work. The only reason we chose this hotel after previous bad experiences is because we need 2 bedrooms. We all ended up sleeping in 1 room where there were no sheets or pillows for the thin rock hard mattress on the pull out couch. Bathroom was dirty and had a hole in the door. Absolutely done with trying to stay at this hotel and will just pay for extra nights we don’t need to stay at airbnbs.

Linens and room were mostly clean, but carpets and furniture were well overdue for replacement and/or deep cleaning. Elevator inoperable. $10/day parking fee for an unsecured lot.

Won't Be Staying Again for Awhile
Despite reserving a room with a fireplace 2 days before I arrived, I was told "they were all sold out" when I checked in. On Day 2 I was moved to a room with a fireplace - THAT DIDN'T WORK - and to add insult to injury, the television DID NOT WORK, either. And then there were no plates or silverware in the room - I was told to look in the dishwasher - so I did, just one DIRTY CUP. To top it off, the breakfasts each day were sparse and barely qualified as a continental breakfast, not a full service breakfast such as Residence Inn usually provides.

Horrible hotel
The hotel was nasty, they gave away my room before I arrived, gave me the wrong room, hotel smells like cigarettes, carpets throughout building were nasty, rooms had no chairs for sitting, no trash cans, furniture had stains everywhere, mold throughout bathrooms, rusty stove and fridge Had no lower level rooms and I am 9 months pregnant and not supposed do steps and no one ever told me that elevator was broken. No one checks on room, people at desk on Sunday Oct 22 and Fri Oct 20 were horrible gave wrong room rates and prices, no manager was every present to fixed rates or to communicate when workers didn’t know how to fix it, food does not charge or rotate daily, pool was freezing cold my daughter is 4 and was only able to enjoy 5 mins in water.
