The place was clean and in a great location. Very close to the train station and easy to get to. AC works well in the room. The apartment is on the first floor right by the entrance, which loud at times. The upstairs neighbors on a nightly basis were making so much noise or there some kind of banging noise every night between the hours of nine and 11. I had contacted VRBO weeks prior to our trip via the app the ask you to use when you book. I never got a response back through the app. I message again through the secondary app when it go closer and never heard anything back. Finally, about 3 days prior I reach out to them via direct VRBO and finally got some contact information. I reached out via whatsapp for the host. Didn’t hear anything. Finally got in touch with the owner who had to reach out to the host for us. Then on day of check in, the guy went silence again and we waited over 30 mins past our check in time. Didn’t communicate what was going on but had to get again reach out to the owner and VRBO to get a hold of him. Terrible. Then he needed one of the sets of keys a day early back and was mad we missed a reservation he booked of cause of his “reputation.” Due to other circumstances. Overall, great location but they need a better host to check you in for this property. Also, one of the bed frames is falling apart
