The Golden Tower is THE BEST place to stay in Florence!! Located right in the heart of all the best shops, dining and museums. Hotel is immaculate and the staff are absolutely amazing- friendly, helpful, accommodating. The lobby and bar are perfect for having a wine and recapping your day. Resort spa and massages are an added bonus after long days of shopping! Book spa appointments in advance if possible. Thank you Golden Tower!

The Golden Tower is an excellent well appointed hotel, located in a quiet street, and within 10 minutes of most the central Florence attractions and a number of restaurants. The room was comfortable and well serviced. The breakfast buffet provided a very good selection of hot and cold food. All the hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and attentive. We stayed for 8 nights in early October. This was ideal for exploring Florence and it was a pleasure to return to the hotel after crowded days out. We would definitely strongly recommend staying at the Golden Tower.

Our stay at Golden Tower was fabulous. The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel. But the staff were outstanding - professional, nice, and attentive! And, the location is perfect - you can walk to everything including great restaurants.

Fantastic experience here - great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Felt a bit cheeky we had to spend a further €79 to use the spa, as other 4* hotels during our trip provided spa access for free (notably, with more amenities like a cold bath). They did also provide us very kindly with complimentary cocktails, made expertly by Ricardo, to celebrate our honeymoon which we thought was a lovely personal touch!
