Our quiet nest is located on the second floor of a historic building (without elevator). You'll be minutes from the neighborhood of Sant'Ambrogio, the local market, Piazza Massimo D'Azeglio and Sinagoga of Florence, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and Galleria dell'Accademia are at 10 minutes walking distance and there are several restaurants, shops and grocery stores in the surrounding area. The train station Santa Maria Novella is only 10-15 minutes by foot. The apartment has a spacious newly renovated kitchen, a dining area, a luminous living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathroom with shower and a beautiful intern terrace. The apartment is on the 2nd. floor and please note that there is no lift available in the building. Interaction with guests Check in is from 16.00 PM until 20.00PM and check out before 11.00 AM. Please notify me a few days prior your arrival with estimated time for check in and I'll be there welcoming you. Note that it's IMPORTANT that you arrive at scheduled time for check in. All guests should bring a valid passport with you (EU identity cards are also fine) because we'll need to declare your stay in our apartment to the local authority. Late check in: Please important to know: €30 as an extra fee will be asked in case of late check in, payable in cash at the moment of your arrival.
