If I could, I would leave a negative 5 star review. After accepting payment and confirming the reservation, upon our arrival (after a costly taxi ride with all our luggage) and buzzing us into the building, the host told us the apt was no longer available. He offered no solution (or reimbursement/refund) and we were left to find alternative lodging while sitting in the stairwell of his building.
