PARKING: On site parking for up to 5 vehicles available upon request. There is a charging station for electric vehicles (22 kw). The Villa is located in the historic center of Florence, therefore in the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone). I will take care of the permit to enter the ZTL for each car (up to 5). If you intend to visit only the city of Florence you will not need to move your car as everything can be reached with a 10/15 minute walk. At the same time Villa Tortorelli is perfect if you are looking for a "base" for your excursions in the Tuscan countryside! The Villa has 12 bedrooms for up to 24 guests, each with its own exclusive bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 panoramic terrace, a garden, 1 kitchen, an elevator and up to 5 parking spaces. The villa and the swimming pool of the villa are for your exclusive use but music and parties are absolutely prohibited as we are in the historic center of Florence and there are apartments nearby. The swimming pool is open from April to October. For noise and safety reasons the swimming pool is only accessible from 10:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. Last admission is at 9.30pm. The pool is not heated. The swimming pool can be used from 9 am to 9 pm every day from April to October.
