Péssima experiência

Todas as exigências do estabelecimento foram cumpridas por mim, até pagamento antecipado, o apartamento e bem localizado, porém cama de casal pequena, travesseiros com cheiro desagradável, tudo já bem usado, cadeiras de praia eu usei um dia, pois estão bem velhas e o carrinho que se leva, já está sem condições de uso. Mas o pior não foi isso, foi ter que sair do apartamento antes do horário do checkout, aliás, muito antes, alegaram que estava errado o horário na reserva e a culpa era do site, mas e aí? Eu tive que sair com meus filhos menores e uma de colo 12 horas antes do horário previsto. Me deram a opção de ir pra outro apto, mas como já tinha ocorrido esse desgaste acabei saindo e procurando um hotel. Sinceramente uma falta de respeito com minha família e falta de profissionalismo da hospedagem ou de quem eles culparam. No mínimo deveriam ter devolvido minha última diária. Não recomendo!
